We've priced this kitchen with three different vendors. While Callier and Thompson was not the cheapest option, we chose you because of the quality of your work, the quality of your products and the customer service we've received up to this point. We had master and hall bath remodeled. New shower in master with obscure and rain guard panels. both had cabinet doors replaced and onyx counter-tops installed. Our designer (Mr. Lodderhose) was patient through our many changes in plans, and helped us choose everything down to the last detail. He called weekly to check on progress and to offer any assistance if needed. Where we had no clear vision of the end product, he was able to offer choices and improvements, while helping us to understand it was the minor details that made the whole picture.
We were fortunate to have (Mr. Guenther) for our project manager. Through the process we realized that sub contractors can be a challenge to juggle. When we had concerns, he addressed them professionally and more importantly friendly. He goes beyond and above. Our carpenter (Randy B.) took great care in details, cleanup and explanations to my many questions. I asked for him to continue the job after our first meeting. I felt comfortable with him in our home at all times. I was also sure that he would go above and beyond the job description. Both (Mark & Randy) made a difficult (remodel is stressful!) situation comfortable. They always explained where they were and when they were going. I will miss their company.
After entering the showroom, my husband & I fell in love with CWP (cabinets). We knew we wanted a distressed look, but well made cabinets. Our designer sold us on the product in less than 5 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and we knew this was the right designer and product immediately. He was confident, knowledgeable and as approachable as he was professional.
The entire staff and sub contractors were professional and friendly. CWP has a great product, however, it has been knowing that everyone at Callier & Thompson also stood 100% behind their service and commitment to the end product that has mattered the most. Everyone… was all invested in seeing our kitchen come to reality. Thank you all.

I loved working with our carpenter (Mike Dudley). He is a solid professional, personable and dedicated to perfection. As a veteran, i respect C&T for hiring a veteran. He mitigated any anxiety my dog boomer had by letting him out and occasionally playing with him. I felt completely secure having the crew in my house during my absence. I always felt they had my best interest a priority. The painter (Ben) did a beautiful job. Tile is perfect.

Our designer (Kevin McDermott) was exceptional. He totally understood what we wanted and the style we liked. He answered all of our questions and helped us make choices to stay within our tight budget.
All of the subs were professional, arrived when they were supposed to and did a great job. The (Prestige) floor crew did a fabulous job on very old floors. (Martin) Callier & Thompson carpenter, is one of the best finished carpenters my husband & I have had the pleasure to work with. Everyone who came in to our house was personable and addressed any concerns we had. (Mark Guenther) did a great job keeping things moving.
I read all of the reviews i could find on the internet. Angie’s List, Home Advisor, BBB etc… most were great. We also had friends that had their kitchen done and said that it was a good experience

I wanted to thank you for the repair work that you and your company have completed on my master bath. As you know, when you and I first spoke in August about the water issues we had been experiencing in the shower, I had hesitated to call you because I was doubtful that I would receive much of a response from your company since the bathroom was completed 10+ years ago, and I anticipated that I would be told that this was a repair issue and not something that Callier & Thompson does. When you and I did speak, your response was immediately reassuring, and you quickly came out to take a look at the problem, and stated that the issues we were having were not acceptable, and that you would stand by the work that had been done. After that, you assembled a team of relevant workers/tile experts, etc. and began work without delay. As of today, the repair is complete.
In the past, I have referred friends to your company because we were very happy with the work completed on our kitchen and first floor (also more than 10 years ago). However, I think it is important to acknowledge Callier & Thompson's exceptional customer service. I suspect it is extremely rare in your industry that a company stands by its work as your company has, and I am incredibly appreciative of Callier & Thompson and the work that you completed to fix a significant and worrisome problem. In addition, all of the workmen were professional and considerate, and were communicative throughout the process.

Our designer was wonderful to work with. When we first met in the showroom, she explained the preliminary process to us. When she came to our house to look at the kitchen and take measurements/pictures, she asked us what we wanted to change (everything!!!) and what we wanted to keep (we only kept the same layout). She offered us several design options and took her time with us to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. She checked in frequently with us during the remodel and was very responsive to any questions we had. She took our old, worn out of date kitchen and made it into a beautiful kitchen that fits our needs and flows with the rest of our house.
The team that worked on our kitchen remodel was professional and great to work with. The project manager and his team kept us up to date on the progress of the job and any concerns or questions we had were addressed. What really impressed us is that the few issues that did come up were addressed immediately and taken care of. The service after the kitchen was completed is great as well. One of the owners and our designer came out to be sure that we were happy with our kitchen and even gave us a tutorial on our new appliances.
Our friends and family are so surprised when they see our new kitchen. It is hard to believe it's the same kitchen. That is testament to the great work of this team.
Callier and Thompson really do care about making their customers happy and they do just that. They take care of the customers before, during, and after the project is complete. Their customer service is stellar.
