Design and Thoughts
The homeowner requested to keep the existing footprint, while increasing storage space and reusing all of the appliances. The homeowner also felt that the existing wet bar lacked storage space and they never used the bar sink. The simple shaker door style, neutral quartz countertops and backsplash, and warm wood floors all lend to the timeless design the homeowner was seeking.

Special Features
I love being able to carve out additional storage space when remodeling. We were able to demo out an existing pipe chase in between the refrigerator and drywall pantry to gain extra pantry space.
