The person who holds this position within our company will be responsible for a multitude of tasks related to the job preparation, demo, and construction of our remodeling projects.

Here is a small sample list of various responsibilities that would be expected from a laborer.

  • Attendance and participation in all weekly production team meetings
  • Installation of jobsite protection materials prior to demolition
  • Job demolition as instructed by the Lead Carpenter, Production Coordinator, and Production Manager
  • Careful removal and haul away of materials
  • Assisting with delivery of new remodel materials such as cabinet, appliances, plumbing fixtures, countertops, etc.
  • Occasional trash hauls to the local waste collected center

As a team we take great pride in the quality of work we provide for our customers. A large part of this revolves around the care that we take with protecting their home while we are working on their project. It is crucial that our team members are clean, courteous, and respectful at all times while working in someone’s home.
