Title: Lead Carpenter

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Purpose: To oversee all aspects of remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient and proper completion of all tasks. This role requires advanced carpentry skills, effective client communication, and exemplary on-site leadership and supervision of subcontractors and laborers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• On-Site Management: Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring professionalism, adherence to schedule, and budget compliance.
• Client Communication: Provide daily updates to clients regarding the status of their projects.
• Carpentry Work: Perform advanced carpentry tasks as required for each project.
• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise laborers and apprentices to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Support: Assist and support the Production Manager as needed on various tasks.
